Liability for contents

The information on our web pages is prepared with great care. However we do not accept any liability for the correctness, completeness and topicality of its contents.

As service provider we are responsible for our own contents according to general law, pursuant 7 par. 1 of the TMG (German Tele-Media Act). However, according to 8 to 10 of the TMG we, as service provider, are not obligated to monitor information provided or stored by third parties or to investigate in any circumstances that indicate illegal activities. Responsibilities concerning the displacement or blocking of the use of information according to the general laws remain intact. However, a liability in this regard is only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete violation. On becoming aware of any such legal offences, we will remove the relevant contents immediately.

Liability for links

Our website contains links to web pages of third parties on the content of which we have no influence. Therefore we cannot accept any liability for the content on these sites. The content of linked pages is the responsibility of the providers and operators of those sites. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations when the links were created. There were no identifiable illegal contents at the time the links were created. Permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of unlawful content. On becoming aware of any such legal offences, we will remove the relevant links immediately.

The contents and works provided on these web pages are subject to the German copyright laws. Duplication, processing, distribution and any form of utilisation beyond the scope of the copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of any pages of this website are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the contents of this website were not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, the contents of third parties are marked as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of any copyright infringement, please inform us immediately. On becoming aware of any such legal offences, we will remove the relevant contents immediately.

Data Protection

The use of our website is, in principle, possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name and postal or e-mail address) are collected on our website, this always occurs, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to any third parties without your express consent.

We point out explicitly that any data transfer over the internet (such as communication by e-mail) may be subject to security gaps and cannot be completely protected from being accessed by third parties.

The use of contact data, published within the scope of the imprint obligation, by third parties for the consignment of not explicitly requested advertising and information materials, is herewith explicitly objected to. The site operators expressly reserve the right to take legal action against the unsolicited mailing of advertising information by way of spam mails or similar.
